Exceptional. The team was efficient, careful, and very helpful and communicated well all during the process from initial sale to through installation. Quickly responded to all our questions and made sure we understood everything that was going to happen along the way. Installed a new TRANE system upstairs and downstairs. NICE!

Our new furnace and AC was installed last week. Our past experiences with Control Tech have always been excellent and this time was no exception. The install team, Juvenal and Layne, were great - efficient, careful and keeping us informed throughout the job. At the end of each day, they left our home as they found it, clean and damage-free. And, we got better equipment specs at a lower price than proposed by the competition. Also appreciated the no-games sales process.

The quote process was easy to understand and everything was explained to me. The installation process took longer than I expected, but the installation crew stayed with it and got the job done in one day. The system has worked beautifully.

Technician Barry Thacker came out to do the warranty repair on our Lennox air conditioner. He couldn’t have been nicer. He was in and out, and got the repair done in no time at all. Our air conditioner works great. Thanks Barry!

It's always been wonderful, If there's a problem like getting some parts they trake care of it the next day or the next 2 days and we never had a problem with them. We've worked with them since 1988.

We were shopping around for quotes for new HVAC system. Control Tech was recommended by a family member and were by far the most responsive, with the best quote for what we needed. They showed up on time, were thorough and courteous. We were able to finance through costco with our particular system, so that helped us as well. Overall great experience.

Control Tech is simply a classy act all around. I first dealt with them at the inception of their business in Zionsville back in 1983. Now being in a new home, I found that all the work on furnace, heat pump, and A/C was done by them for years. So, of course, I called them when experiencing A/C issues. They came, wore booties so as not to track in the house, inspected, fixed, and advised. Good news was we had A/C, bad news we would need a new A/C as the refrigerant utilized couldn’t be used after 2020. Three weeks go by, and apparently we must have had a leak, so we investigated the new A/C option or finding the leak and repairing. The latter wasn’t optimal as it was wasting money on a doomed system. They were great from choosing the unit, adapting to changes in the order, prepping the old unit until installation (almost $1,000 comped!!!). The installation day came sooner than we thought, and despite rainy weather and muddy work area, those 2 techs were able to install a spanking new A/C that works wonders at a very affordable price, and without tracking in the house due to their rigorous adherence to wearing booties. (We loved the booties. I am thinking of getting them for our dog.) Their entire team is focused on keeping their clients comfortable, they are all very serious, very knowledgeable and experienced, easy to work with, keep immaculate records and, and, and, I could go on indefinitely. They simply have evolved into a very serious and adaptable team focused on the best customer service I have ever encountered with this type of service company in Indianapolis.

Very professional and ethical company. Staff arrived on time and worked all day with no breaks or lunch to have our system up and running before dark. They were courteous, very careful with our home and landscaping, thorough with explanations as to how the new equipment worked and provided us with an excellent system.

Control Tech HVAC came to install a new hvac system and was supposed to replace the rusted supply plenum in the crawl space and 4’ of rusted trunkline. Instead they just patched and caulked the rusted ductwork And took $175 off the bill. I wanted the ductwork replaced.

We've been using them for almost 3 years now. It's a every year maintenance. They are very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
