We immediately notice the difference in a stable temperature on our second floor. I was however most impressed with the approach to communication they took with the estimate and the overall job. Chris clearly explained the process and did not try to upsell additional work we did not need. They showed up on time and did what they committed to doing. They ran the vacuum after they were done, they laid down guards to make sure none of the insulation got anywhere else in my home and wore hospital booties so they didn't track anything in. They helped me take down my drapes and made sure that they had guards in the attic so the insulation wouldn't cover the ducts.
