Indiana Crawl Space Repair

First I would like to say that everyone I dealt with at ICSR was great! From Erika who made the appointments to Jeremiah who did the inspection, to Terry and his crew. They were all friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah explained in detail what needed done in my crawlspace. There was a lot of damage due to termites in the past. I knew this was what needed done as I had another Company look at it as well. They backed out because they thought the crawlspace was to narrow to get the work done. I agreed to Jeremiah's plan and about two weeks later Larry and his crew came out to do the work. I will say it again, Larry and his crew were great. They worked so hard and in horrible heat and humidity. They were always friendly and smiled when I saw them. Larry always let me know what they got done that day, and what the plan was for the next. They cleaned up the work area, and took away any and all debris. I have full faith in ICSR and Larry and his crew that the repairs were done right. I am so glad the plan with the other company fell through, as I think I ended up with the best!

A few years ago, we purchased a home that had been partially flipped. Over the first several months that we lived in the home, we found that the previous owners had intentionally attempted to cover up many water issues in the basement and crawlspace. Over a three year period, we continued to find and uncover the many issues that the "flippers" attempted to hide. We initially reached out to Indiana Crawlspace Repair based on their Google reviews. Over the three year period, Larry, the owner came to our house a number of occasions to look at the issues as we found them. Larry was fantastic to work with. He's very down to earth and we never got the feeling that he was trying to just sell his services to us. He was sympathetic to the situation we were in and provided us help that was far beyond what we could have asked for. I don't imagine that there are many people/companies out there that would help us the way Larry did. Finally, after three years we decided to have our basement and crawlspace repaired once and for all. Larry's crew did a fantastic job on both parts. His guys were great to work with. They were hard-working, courteous and trustworthy. They were especially kind to one of our sons (10 yrs. old) because he loves all things construction and wanted to observe the work while it was in progress. For the first time since purchasing our home, we have a dry basement & crawlspace. We've never been able to utilize these areas like we had intended due to the constant water issue. We are very happy with the end result and would absolutely recommend Indiana Crawlspace Repair. We are beyond grateful for Larry, Erika (office admin) and the people he employs.

Great. the crew who came to my house were excellent. the crew leader Christian was fantastic. he was always on time (4 day job) He walked and explained everything that would be done that day. Also at end of day went over things with me. I am an ex-contractor so i know how some ppl and companies handle things. Christian is top notch and the company is better with him heading up their work.

SIx years ago, we hired another of these companies to encapsulate our crawl space. It was full of muddy water and rodents.Thecompany we hired did shoddy work with cheap products. In six years, their work was falling apart. We needed a redo. so we hired Indiana Crawl Space Repair. Larry Ralph, the owner, is very friendly. He inspected the area and told us what was needed to be done. Our estimate included 5 1/2 days of work. It was completed in 5 1/2 days. Erica, the office manager, kept us up to date on the scheduling. She answered all of our questions. She is a very pleasant person! James led the team of workers. He informed us of their arrival each day, described the jobs for each day, and what they had accomplished as they left each afternoon. James is very professional. He led a hardworking team, and they used top notch materials and cleaned up the area each day before they left. We highly recommend Indiana Crawl Space Repair and this crew.

It went great! The guys were professional. They did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. Happy with the work. We got other quotes and they had the best rate but they did quality work. We even had a couple of heating ducts that had come loose in the crawl space that were lying on the ground. They attached them up for us at no extra charge! We asked other crawl space companies about that and they said they couldn't do it. Indiana Crawl Space Repair exceeded my expectations. Would hire them again. It's rare to find a company that has the policies, procedures & business acumen that focuses on delivering outstanding customer service! The employees and service provided by Indians Crawl.Space were outstanding. I called for an estimate to repair damage to my crawl space. Larry arrived exactly as scheduled to inspect & provide me with 2 viable options to repair the damage. After learning about the 2 options, the benefits associated with encapsulating my crawl space were obvious ... despite the increase in cost. The team leader assigned to my project, James Patton did an outstanding job and took the time to explain & actually show me the work performed. After completing the job, he went above and beyond by sending me a series of "before" and "after" photos of my crawl space. This review would be incomplete without mentioning the outstanding customer service provided by the office member, Erica. She called to initially schedule, confirm and provide a detailed outline of what to expect, including the name of the Team Lead and their arrival time. Every person associated with the company should be acknowledged for their commitment to quality service & competitive pricing!

Upon arrival, work to be done was confirmed with me as well as the price. They started work immediatley and had completed in a short amount of time. They took all the debris with them. Very courteous. I felt very comfortable too with their representative that had come previously to give me estimate and my options. I did not feel pressured.

James and his team were efficient, courteous and professional. We could not have asked for anything more. The team even took care of a loose duct connection they noticed while working. They were very professional, met their timeline and cleaned up after themsleves.

Overall, I was pleased with the work. The crew worked hard. They did a good job in the crawlspace. My biggest complaint was clean-up. Although they did put some plastic down, it wasn't the most effective in trapping debris as they came in and out with bits of insulation. A drop cloth material would have been a lot better. Tiny fragments of rigid foam insulation don't stick to plastic like they would a drop cloth. When they picked up the plastic a lot of debris came off which they did not clean up. It would've only taken 5-10 minutes with a shopvac but they seemed to be in a hurry to leave. It's the difference between an A+ and A-.

Our salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. We were given a proposal the same day the crawl space was inspected and scheduling for service was quick and easy. The crew leader that did the repairs was knowledgeable and courteous and the service was completed on time.

Indiana Crawl Space Repair fixed all of the problems with my crawl space. Their customer service is top-notch. They kept me informed every step of the way and everyone I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable. I had received one other bid, but I felt the proposal from ICSR was more thorough and would better fix the issues in my crawl space. And the fact that they were considerably cheaper made them an easy choice! I am completely satisfied with the work they did.

The service was quick and clean. The team at Indiana Crawl Space Repair arrived the day of my call, made the necessary repairs and lined our entire crawlspace. I have recommended them several times and will call them for future needs.

GREAT ... the crew showed up early. They unloaded equipment, set-up their working area and got busy. They had the job done about an hour before I expected. Did clean up and returned everything back to normal. All the while keeping me posted on their progress.

Four men arrived early and went right to work. All insulation was pulled out, bagged and taped and hauled away. They came back for day 2 and spread the plastic, stone, installed new sump pump, dug the pipe line for the french drain, and replaced sod back in the ground over the pipe. They finished midday and cleaned everything up. We were very impressed with their work ethic. Kudos to them!
