"SwainCo was such a pleasure to work with. After paying an arm and a leg to another company whose "repairs" caused the sale of our house to fall through, SwainCo came in and saved the day. Such a breath air from many contractors! There was one minor thing that was overlooked (easy to do in a tiny, brick crawlspace of a 120 year old house), and after it was identified in an inspection, SwainCo came out the next day and fixed it. They provided us all documentation and invoices we needed to give to our buyers in a super timely manner. We close on the sale next week!
