I wish I could give 0 stars, honestly. The house flippers that we bought the home from used Radon Environmental during the flip in January to solve the radon mitigation issues in the slab following a different buyer being scared off by the high radon levels. By the time we walked through the house with the inspector in February, the radon levels MORE THAN DOUBLED (over 10 pCi/L, for those wondering.) It was then that I began to be skeptical of Radon Environmental, so I negotiated in our closing contract for the house flippers to pay for everything. This, unfortunately, made me contractually obligated to use Radon Environmental. Trust me, I tried to convince the house flippers to switch companies. To make long stories short, Patrick (technician) made 3 mistakes in the house which made those radon levels spike that high for A MONTH. Each time, Scott (manager-ish) had to come fix Patrick's mistakes. Of course, the owner was difficult to reach (only responds to customers via email, per his office staff) and when he did reach out via phone following my prompting, he made nothing but excuses for Patrick. I am, once again, so grateful that I was not on the hook for cost as they did the house flippers little favors when it came to billing. TLDR; there are better radon companies out there, and I found more than a few in the area with Better Business Bureau accreditations, among other accolades. Give those companies your business instead of these people who turned a small radon issue into a 6 month one. If you do use this company, don't let Patrick near your home.

They were very professional and were very timely in the installation of the system. The technician kept me well informed of what was going to be done and how it was going to be completed. Through out the process they were very prompt in responding to any questions that I had, from the initial quoting through and after the final installation. Would definitely recommend this company to all who are looking to have a Radon system installed.

Very quick and great work

The technician, Scott, was very knowledgeable and helpful by providing a number of options for installation locations. He was very professional and patient even when he encountered a problem created by our home builder. All through the quote process, Mike, was responsive and agreeable to answering questions. Within a couple of days our radon level was 0.92 down from an average of about 25.

Great service. Filled out information on-line, received a contact with in 12 hours and received a quote shortly after that. System was set up 3 days later.

The work was done well and professionally, the whole system was installed in about 2 hours. The people I talked to on the phone were very nice and accommodating. We were able to get work schedules and completed in only 2 business days after the request for quote was sent.

The technician, Jay Anderson, did a superior job. Even though the job was difficult, Jay installed our system precisely with an end result that looks professional and well done. Also, Radon Environmental Inc installed a radon mitigation system at a previous home as well as our current home. Each time they did an excellent job. I was extremely pleased with Radon Environmental. The technician was actually able to re-utilize an existing passive routing through our house which cut our original quote (which was actually quite reasonable) in half. Radon levels went from ~8.0 pcl/l to 0.23 pcl/l. Technician took care during quarantine and wore a mask and foot coverings during his work. This is a rare instance where a company exceeded all expectations.

The technician arrived on time and was tidy while working in the basement area. The work was completed within the 3 hour estimated time. The technician answered all questions and left instructions to use the provided testing kit. They will follow-up and provide a final analysis report. Five year warranty on the system.

The technician, Jay was on time and did a great job. He finished faster than he predicted. The radon level in our basement went from 44 to <1 pCi/L!

Install was flawless. I was afraid it would be an eyesore but the installer looked at all possible sites to make sure that didn’t happen. We had to get mitigation at or below 2.0 and the results came back at .7., great news. We were quoted the base price which guarantees that it would be below 4 but since we had to below 2, the manager suggested that we just do the base, which would save money, as we might not need additional equipment. I’m glad we followed his recommendation! It’s great when a company looks out for what is best for their clients, both financially and aesthetically.

Jay provided both the estimate and the installation. He was great to work with and completed the work on time and exactly as needed. The radon levels were dropped as promised to a very low level (0.7 pCi/l).

The whole process could not have been any easier. I called, told them what I wanted, listened to the options, and then asked for quotes for two options: exhaust on the side of the house or exhaust through the attic. I decided to go with the exhaust pipe on the side of the house. Once I sent the signed quote back, I had my installation planned for just a few days later. The entire installation process took only about 2 hours from when the technician arrived until he finished, cleaned up, and explained the details of my new system to me. He installed it in the utility area of my basement, back with the sump pump, furnace, and all of that, so I don't even notice it. My radon levels were only on the edge of needing to be addressed, but I didn't want to take a chance that the levels would increase since the house is fairly new. Within two days the levels went from 3.8 to 0.8 pCi/l, and we can use the basement without worrying about any long-term effects. These guys know their stuff, and they do top-quality work in a timely manner.
