Honest, good people, which is hard to find these days. When we called Jim Knox, he was there the next day to check out our failed septic system. Our system needed a perimeter drain & Presby sand mound septic system due to our saturated water table. We now have a new septic system working efficiently & no water standing in our back yard. "LE Isley was the third company that was requested to come to our home as it was discovered there were quite a few gas leaks. The first two companies' quotes were much more than we estimated. After taking a look at different sources on the internet, we decided to call LE Isley. We were very pleased with the estimate that we were given and the estimate of the repairs that were recommended.. Gabe was our technician. Not only did he arrive in a timely manner, he did a great job in replacing the gas line. I'm very happy to say that we now have heat. "It's a really good company. They had to dig the yard and break the sidewalk. They took care of the problem so that we could use the toilet and avoided having anything back up in the basement. They did the work in the middle of winter. The plumber's wife came along with him. She and I had coffee as well as a conversation while the plumber and the workers did the work. She then told me that her husband has a college degree working with animals. Since there wasn't much scope in the field of animal husbandry, he got into the excavation work. The price charged for the work was very fair. We had received 4 estimates from different companies. Their estimate was the best estimate compared to the others. The most expensive estimate was about $ 6000 more than what Rishel Excavating had quoted. The plumber said that he didn't believe in charging a huge sum of money. He said that he made a decent profit. He was recommended to us by a guy from the gas company. They were very nice and repaired the sidewalk by putting in new cement. They had to come back to put the new cement, as the ground wasn't quite as cold. They also barricaded the place so that others wouldn't walk over the cement. They were calm and sensible people. I really appreciated them and they were down to earth people. They were good at heart too. They got the job done for less than $ 3000 and we had been told that the job wouldn't be done for less than $ 6000 to $ 9000. We had pipes that were very deep. They also told us that once they open the pipes they would inform us if it was going to cost more money. The plumber said that he was fair with his employees as well as his customers when I asked him as to why he charged so less compared to other companies. He also has employees who have been working for him for many years. They were people who you would never mind having in your house and serving a cup of coffee, but they never took advantage of it. They even called in this summer to find out if we liked the new piping that they had put in. They also asked if the grass was growing properly which really surprised me. They were honest and were easy to talk to. We had a good experience with them. We would use their services in the future too and we wouldn't use anybody else other than them."

"The master plumber and owner of the company, Chris, was the one who came out. His job was to reset the toilets and hook up the water line and draining system once the sink was installed. The previous company I had out, Bedell plumbing, had repaired a copper pipe incorrectly and used a shortcut to make a quick fix. Instead of sautering it, he installed a cufflink, like a bandage. I didn't realize this at the time. Chris showed up 8:30-9 pm, on his own time, to my house and told me that the other company had messed up and it was eating him up. He came in and brought his own material, reaplced the copper pipe, sautered the pipe, giving me a permanent fix. He is extremely honest. He didn't even ask for money for the project. He said that it was the right thing to do. I was really moved by his kindness and how he looked out for my mother. It wasn't even part of the insurance claim and he donated his time and materials for this fix. I was also looking for a way to remove the copper piping corrosion, and he gifted me a box of Sand Cloth, which took care of it. He used only premium products. I can really trust this company. His wife, Cindy, told me that they don't own the company, God owns the company. We would never have known about this company with the contractor. I'm so thankful that we had him. The contractor is the one who knows all the good companies. The company works late, as well, which is convenient for homeowners, so that they don't have to make a trip home for the plumber.
