"We had one little unanticipated issue and they handled it perfectly. He was by far the most reasonable quote I received and the quality was great. I thought he was very professional and very knowledgeable about radon. Before this experience I didn't know very much about radon now I know more about the importance of testing, and the safety of my home and family because of him."

"I worked with Pam throughout the entire experience. She was wonderful. She contacted me quickly to schedule an appointment and also scheduled radon testing on my behalf. We had to reschedule due to a snow storm, but she was quick to contact me and arrange a new day. On the day of the appointment, she showed up on time. We spent a few hours at the house while she inspected it. She pointed out a few issues here and there. As soon to be first time homeowner, I really appreciated this. She sent the inspection report the following day. It included in depth details and pictures.

"Hired for the convienience of their timely ability to install a radon system. The vent on the outside of the house is a large diameter, circular chimney that is very unsightly. Prices were a bit higher than other companies, but their ability to install quickly took precedence. In SWATs defense, I did not inform the company of my displeasure as the system was being installed as a condition of sale."
