"From the sales person who came by to inspect my basement to the workers who came by to do the work inside and outside of my home. Everybody was very respectful and friendly. No matter how many questions I asked or how many times I attempted to ask the same question to understand what I was being told. They had no problem answering me over and over. They made a point to clean up after themselves keeping everything the way they found it if not better when they left."
