During the initial inspection, Mr. Torres explained everything that would need to be done and the process of discovering all the contaminated areas and how they would be treated to eliminate the mold and preventing it from returning. A reasonable estimate of cost to perform the work was presented and accepted. Mr. Torres was very explicit as to what would be done and what would not be done. He was always very polite and true to his word. A time was scheduled to do the work which was accomplished very efficiently in one day. While the work was in progress, Mr. Torres kept us advised at each stage and invited us to inspect the work in progress.
