He fit my project into his busy schedule because I had a very tight time frame for getting my house ready to sell, and only discovered the cracks once we removed drywall that had gotten damp. He arrived promptly for both proposal appointments (second one necessary after more drywall was removed), and his crew also arrived promptly to perform the work. They explained and demonstrated their process, and the work was done carefully and neatly even though it was getting covered up afterwards. They were very courteous, and coordinated with my drywaller who was following up behind them as fast as he could. All work done is guaranteed for 10 years."

"I had some major work done on my house this year and I went back to someone I trusted: Eddie, Manny and Mike from E&B Masonry. They did a porch project for me in 2018 and it was great. I used them again. They gave me a good price, but I also knew that they would get the job done right. They included me on each decision and checked with me through out the project. I had roofing repairs on my parapet wall where the previous owner had roofed over the limestone causing water building up. During this they found damaged bricks. They took pictures and video to show me what they needed to do. Then they did work on the outside wall where someone else I hired failed to do the tuckpointing. Finally, they installed all new concrete sidewalks from front to back and side to side. This included stairs going down to the basement. They had to pitch the concrete in creative ways and added a new drain to handle additional water. It looks fantastic. I am hiring them to do some additional jobs as well."

• US Waterproofing spent a considerable amount of time evaluating my worsening basement seepage problem and provided a very detailed drawing and description of the proposed work in addition to the cost estimate.  The work consisted of:

1. -the excavation of a trench around the perimeter of the interior of my basement, as well as a trench down the center
2. -the installation of a gravel bed and perforated pipe in the trench
3. -installation of a sump pump and connection to the drain pipes
4. -concrete patching of the excavated areas
5. -installation of gutter extensions to all of my gutters and burial of the extensions 10-15' away from my foundation.

The work took 3 full days.  The workmen were prompt each day, arriving usually around 8 am.  There was a crew of about 5-6 and they did a great job.  They cleaned up completely, took all of the debris that was generated by the job away with them, and were polite and responsive throughout.  I had to be away from home several times during the work and had no worries whatsoever about leaving the crew working while I was gone.
The whole process from estimate through completion was excellent, especially since water problems can be so stressful.  I would recommend US Waterproofing to anyone having water problems in or around their house.
