They explained and demonstrated their process, and the work was done carefully and neatly even though it was getting covered up afterwards. "Mike, Eddie, and their team were great. From the beginning communication was easy and Mike was easy to get ahold of when we had questions regarding materials and details in the estimate he sent us. We actually had them quote us a few years back, but had to hold off on the work due to multiple home repairs. They gave us a new estimate, for a small increase, which I really respected given the 4 years that had passed and the amount of work they had on their schedule. We had a couple of other companies come out and quote us and E & B gave us a middle ground price, but with plenty of detail to back it up. We ended up deciding to do composite deck floorboards with a wood railing. After they began demo my husband realized that even though we had planned to hold off on having our back sidewalk re-poured to slope away from the house it wouldn't be possible since two of the staircase footers would have to sit on top of it. We asked if they could add give us an estimate on one sidewalk from the back of the house to the alley. After some back and forth on the height and slope of the sidewalk, they got started on that the next day. We also decided that we might as well replace our sliding door that has been giving us issues and Eddie ordered that immediately for us. Everyone was respectful about our space, worked hard, and whenever we had questions they stopped work until we had it resolved. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure to come back to finish up a few minor details. They also came back two weeks later when the sliding door wouldn't lock. They didn't leave us hanging after the majority/all of the job was done, which had happened to us once before. I trust them enough to work with them again when we're ready to tackle the next thing on our bungalow fix-it list."

• US Waterproofing spent a considerable amount of time evaluating my worsening basement seepage problem and provided a very detailed drawing and description of the proposed work in addition to the cost estimate.  The work consisted of:

1. -the excavation of a trench around the perimeter of the interior of my basement, as well as a trench down the center
2. -the installation of a gravel bed and perforated pipe in the trench
3. -installation of a sump pump and connection to the drain pipes
4. -concrete patching of the excavated areas
5. -installation of gutter extensions to all of my gutters and burial of the extensions 10-15' away from my foundation.

The work took 3 full days.  The workmen were prompt each day, arriving usually around 8 am.  There was a crew of about 5-6 and they did a great job.  They cleaned up completely, took all of the debris that was generated by the job away with them, and were polite and responsive throughout.  I had to be away from home several times during the work and had no worries whatsoever about leaving the crew working while I was gone.
The whole process from estimate through completion was excellent, especially since water problems can be so stressful.  I would recommend US Waterproofing to anyone having water problems in or around their house.

"RealSeal installed new drainage tiles and a sump pump in my approx. 950 sq. ft. basement. They also installed a tough waterproof membrane around that periphery. In order to do this, they had to cut out the bottom 2-4 ft of the drywall and studs in 2 rooms down there, and dispose of the debris. The ONLY reason I'm not giving them 100% on quality is that, while replacing the cement and rebuilding the slab for my laundry tub, they did not make the slab level, which has resulted in adjustments that are difficult to make, as my laundry tub is extremely heavy and difficult to nudge. Other than the problem with the slab, the workers were professional in their manner, and it appears that RealSeal has equipped them with very good gear and conditions; they seemed to actually enjoy their work. Jose, the foreman, was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. And Dan, the salesman, was also great in answering my many, many questions. The video on RealSeal's website was a good resource for me in envisioning the project. I would definitely recommend RealSeal to others."

"Hector and his crew were able to do our job 2 weeks ahead of schedule. They replaced a broken section of garage concrete, which was had caused our garage to be unlevel. That work involved supporting and securing the garage wall while replacing the broken concrete. With the new concrete, the garage is now completely level. They also replaced and expanded our patio, which was broken and not pitched correctly. The new concrete is now correctly pitched away from the house to keep water away. We love our new patio! Professional Concrete definitely lived up to their name, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again."

We had two pillars removed and replaced. concrete was laid to keep them level and they painted all of the wood on the front of our house from black to white. Everyone was friendly to work with.
