Patrick came and had to be a sleuth to try to determine the cause of the missing hot water. The tank was too small and not functioning, but the real problem was a crossed pipe somewhere in my 1890 house. He found the pipe location in the basement and put in a shut off valve, which gave most of the house hot water. He also put in a high quality 50 gallon tank, and repaired the leaking lead main. To completely fix the hot water, it will mean opening walls, so we left a small 1/2 bath sink and attic sink to be fixed at a later time (or not....).. This was all around Easter, but he put in long days to get it all done."

"I had a lot of trouble getting to the bottom of why my water suddenly was full of iron and staining everything in the house.  I am new to this dwelling and do not understand wells.  I had contacted several well inspecting companies and was unable to get anyone to come out to inspect.  Suddenly I called a reliable well company and it was recommended to me that I start by having my water softner checked and they recommended Springsoft.  I made an appointment, half expecting another bad incounter but was pleasantly surprised by the person who made the appointment but more importantly by the service man they sent.  He was the BEST!
