"I can't say enough about these guys and wish I hadn't lost their contact information for a time. About 8 years ago, I had Sal and his guys do the finish work on my basement drywall that I hung. They also hung some drywall in the stairway going to the basement. Initially, they hung the soffit incorrectly but it was just a communication issue. I called Sal, he took a look and they came back and re-did it right away without hesitation. Their work has lasted this long without any problems. I started another remodeling project in my family room and needed a ceiling hung and finished, along with finishing some walls I had hung. Unfortunately, I had lost the contact information for Sal so I had to find another company. Long story short, this other company did an absolutely terrible job (Do not use NoticeTMA LLC for any drywall!). The family room adjoins the kitchen, and I had taken a wall down between them. I decided to carry the remodel over into the kitchen, and when it was time to hang the ceiling in the kitchen, I had found the old invoice from High Quality Painting and decided to see if they were still around. I am glad I did. Sal's son's came out to give me an estimate on my kitchen ceiling and also to repair the bad work in my family room. I decided to remove the new ceiling in the family room and have them do the whole thing. Their price was very competitive and everything turned out great. The old job didn't last 4 days without cracking. Luis' job has been up for a month now and there are no issues (and I am a very picky customer). I would highly recommend them for drywall hanging, finishing and repair."

"The JK Complete Remodeling team is very talented. They helped me design the basement remodel (about 1000 sq feet) with a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen/bar, tv area, storage, coat closet and kids area including building it all out. They walked us through the different steps of the build out and made wonderful suggestions on what would look best or makes the most sense in layout, electrical switches/outlets, etc. Their carpentry, tiling and stone work is impressive as you can see from the pictures. They built the shelves and wine rack in the bar area, built the frame around the chalkboard paint in the kids area, built out a closet into our garage space. I would highly recommend this professional team."

Best things I appreciated about the experience was 1) The proposal was incredibly detailed and procedural, which is something our other candidates did not provide, 2) Jim, John and Jose showed up every weekday, consistently and timely, and took the necessary and thoughtful steps to protect the rest of the house, 3) The work was performed carefully with good attention to detail, 4) While there were unexpected circumstances during the remodel that resulted in slightly more work and money than originally proposed, all of it was fairly priced and necessary for what we wanted, 5) Jim was receptive in discussing different options and really made an effort to figure out solutions that would be best for function and aesthetics. He connected us with workers who added a backsplash to our kitchen, installed a new window to replace one that leaked, and painted the entire 6-room apartment. He was very flexible about scheduling and quick to respond to phone calls. The painting crew, lead by Gio, did a great job and cleaned up at the end of each day. Would definitely hire DAL again."

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly.
