Dependable and great job

All Dry came out after our basement flooded on 7/2/23 (like everyone else in the area!) They arrived at 9pm on a Sunday night after I called at 8pm and removed extra standing water, removed a wet carpet, set up industrial-grade fans and dehumidifier and left them for several days. They were super professional, and were extremely reassuring during a very stressful time. They even helped move several pieces of heavy furniture out of the way. They took moisture readings and returned every day for the next 3 days to recheck the readings and then removed the equipment when everything was dried out. Because they came in such a timely manner and did such great work, we had minimal damage. Andre and Dylan were our people and they were simply awesome. I feel like All Dry prices were fair, and if we ever have issues with water seepage again, I will not hesitate to call them immediately. Do not hesitate to use this company!

All Dry Services of La Grange were professional, friendly and compassionate; their response time was within 1.5hrs of my call; for help; they were thorough,. They kept enough dryers and dehumidifiers to completely dry, not only the floors but the entire basement and baseboards. When a sewage backup left about 1 - 2 inches sewage in my basement. Their estimate ease reasonable, they moved everything not soiled to my garage. They removed the broken linoleum, cleaned and sanitized the floor. They also sanitized the washer, dry wet, hot wastey heater and furnace. They moved everything back in the basement and completed the task sooner than estimated and was it cost a little less than the estimate.

As a home remodeling contractor, I need reliable people in order for me to deliver quality projects on time. I got a quick call back, from Andre. We reviewed the project and he sent me a written quote. His crew arrived on the promised date, they were on time and their work was excellent. They were very professional. I asked them to come for a quote and they quoted me something that was lower than other vendor. I asked them that the price seems reasonable, then they started to get down to work immediately. They came back twice to check whether the carpet is dried and changed the angle of the fan etc.

Andre had a quick response time and showed up within an hour of my phone call for help with my water problem. I found he and his crew to be kind and communicative. The work was done exactly as expected.

Andre and his associate, Dylan were exceptional!! They were fast and very friendly. They were able to come out right away, too. Would use again and I recommend.

Alldry was the only place that quoted us a reasonable cost to have water removed and dried when our basement flooded. They arrived quickly and took their time assessing the damage and work that needed to get done. Once we approved their quote, they got to work right away bringing in a water extractor and many many fans. They came back the next day and did a through recheck of all areas, testing for the presence of water in walls,, floors, carpets, etc. Very helpful same explained everything throughout the process. Definitely reccomend!
