He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. We brought in the machine and Kevin assessed the issues and completely rebuilt the machine from scratch, repaired the processor, installed Windows, tied up all the wiring and the glowing rainbow system was quite a masterpiece upon completion.
