Kevin was professional and extremely diligent. Our air conditioner broke during a streak of 85degree plus days. The closest replacement parts were almost 50 miles away. Kevin drove up and back in the rain, returning after 7:00 pm to ensure we had air conditioning.

Manny and his coworker installed recessed lighting in the kitchen, a motion sensor light in the laundry room, and motion sensors and dimmer switches in other rooms requested. They did an excellent job, verifying that I was pleased with the work every step of the way. Thank you ABC for sending personable, professional technicians who know how to get the job done right!!

The screw ups were at multiple levels of the organization, the installation was beyond abysmal, and we will never trust their work again. Full stop. The short version is that they were scheduled to arrive first thing Tuesday, arrived late, botched the installation, had to replace a non-operational unit that they may well have fried themselves, but they were a no show on Wednesday, and didn?t finish the job until Thursday. That?s day 6, after our AC went out, for those counting. The final job was done so poorly that there are gaps you can see into the furnace through (so it?s pulling unfiltered air into the unit), magnetic vinyl sheets were draped over the front of the filter box in a comical kluge job attempt at ?closing? the front of the filter box, open ports blowing conditioned air back out into the basement, and more. I swear, an amateur would and could have done a better job. I can scarcely describe how bad the work was done. Also, communication was horrible throughout.
