I was pushed to sign the day Jared visited for a new furnace and AC because of the heat outside and I was told they could get someone out here the next day so my 1 year old son didn't have to sleep in a warm room again. I signed the paperwork and then ABC came out the next day but they were unable to install the AC unit for a few days because of some sort of issue on their end. Jared was gracious enough to offer a resolution and I accepted the first offer he provided. There is no reason to negotiate for more when the offer is fair. A couple months later I went to turn my furnace on for the first time and it also did not work. I shouldn't have to have ABC come out to fix every unit the first time I attempt to use it. This is a pattern that has caused more frustration and stress than anyone should experience. On top of that, I pay for the ABC Ultimate Advantage Club and the below is copied directly from the ABC site and I was not provided prompt service or a service that put me first.

Ruben explained the troubleshooting process and answered all my questions honestly. You can feel when someone is pulling your leg but not this time. Great service and job well done. The leak is fixed and I will call them again if I have any future issues.

We had a leak in the coil of our A/C unit in the basement. Not only did Chris at ABC diagnose the problem and do all that he could fix it, he also cleaned the standing water that continued to leak as he worked, and left my basement area clean and tidy, and a A/C unit that is in working order.
