Neither technician nor installer could definitely tell me what was really wrong with my old water softener; its behavior (using salt too quickly, even when we were away for weeks at a time) merely suggested that the malfunction was â probably in the electronics.â Nevertheless, I had the softener & control unit replaced because I was tired of dealing with the problem. I have yet to see whether their â solutionâ fixes the issue.

Sales Rep Al was great. He spent all the time with us that we needed and didn't try to sell us more than we needed. I feel we got a very fair price on our water softener installation. The installer Andy was also great. He arrived when scheduled and cleaned up the area before he left. He also spent time with me demonstrating the controls and answering all of my questions. 5-Stars to Al, Andy and Springsoft.

Highly Recommend Springsoft! I was scheduled for an appointment to repair my water softener with Springsoft. Al, the rep for the company called me to verify that a service tech was needed. They were not the cheapest of the estimates, but the sales person was so completely thorough and took the time to find a drinking fauchet that matched our kitchen fauchet. Installer was very nice and polite and made sure everything worked well before leaving.

Spring soft was the best company to hire “OVERALL” within the Romeoville area. From the initial first contact to the final day of installation yesterday (September 15, 2020). The salesperson (AL) was prompt and provided a professional review of their products. The installers were extremely professional and dedicated to remaining to their area of work and walked me through the water softening process to ensure that I understood what to expect. To be honest, springsoft gave me the best in home presentation and tested my water “for free”. That’s why I choose them and it seems as if the great customer support is a culture of this company. I highly recommend this company without any reservation. Andy and Mark were the technicians that actually installed the products. They were extremely polite and wore their face coverings the entire time!

Ken Albrecht was our installer and was very efficient and did a great job with our install. He had a very tight space to work with and he did a great job with what he had to work with. He was very helpful explaining the system after the install. I highly recommend him if you get the opportunity to work with him.
