  After considering 4 other companies to redo the siding on my house and install a new front door, I decided to go with A&D Exteriors for several reasons. First, I saw some other homes they completed in the area and they looked great. Second, they did get good reviews on several websites. Third, the person I worked with (Gene) was genuine and not "salesy" at all. He made recommendations and explained everything thoroughly which made me feel I could trust him. The only concern I had before hiring them was the price. They were actually the lowest price quote I received and that always scares me. But I am so glad I made this decision. I signed the agreement (no money upfront) and the materials were ordered in October with the expectation that work would begin in the spring. Gene communicated updates to me throughout the winter and one day he calls and says we have a 5-7 day window of good weather coming up and asked if I wanted to get started in 2 days... they started the work immediately. I got to know Al (the true talent in the company) and talk about a fantastic guy!! He was always very courteous and asked about every little thing to make sure the work was done to my complete satisfaction. The work was completed in about a week with all siding, windows capped, gable vents, posts and garage capped, and a new entry door installed. As my wife and I inspected the work, we really wanted to find something wrong but we couldn't! His miter joints were picture perfect... I've never seen work that perfect before! As he was cleaning up on the final day, I could really tell he cared deeply about his work because he would make the tiniest little adjustments on things to insure 100% perfection. I can't say enough good things about this company, Gene Rathbone and Al. The mock-up pictures they did beforehand compared to the actual pictures are almost identical... even their designer did a fantastic job!! I will use them for any and all work I need in the futureshow more

  After my parents, my brother, and my wife's parents all used IEW for windows and siding we figured it was our turn! Garrett came out when both my wife and I could be available and explained what we did and did not need. Never felt pressured or "tricked" into buying anything. We went with insulated siding as he said our issues were most likely siding related rather than windows and if we had to do only 1, he would do siding. ..... he was right! The insulated siding is amazing! Home is warmer and quieter! The basement escape windows are definitely worth the extra money. While they are a bit more expensive than others; they look nicer, insulate better, feel safer, and will likely last a LONG time by the look and feel of them. The installing team really busted their tails. Very meticulous and attentive to detail. There were only 2 or 3 very minor issues that needed correcting afterwards (fyi: there always are no matter what project it is so don't freak out when it happens!) Very responsive (you will NOT find a better warranty), IEW had one of their maintenance technicians out in less than a week who fixed everything on the spot! also, this guy is really amazing. While he was fixing the issues i noted, he asked if i had any other questions. I did - some were not even related - and he answered them anyway.   I don't normally write reviews but I recently had the pleasure of working with Northwind Exteriors for a complete ‘face lift’ on my house, and they deserve a shout out. We bought our 20 year old house in 2021, and our roof and siding was in desperate need of updating from the previous owners. I was impressed by the extensive knowledge and guidance provided by Joe. He took the time to assess my needs, explaining the available options in my budget. He even helped my wife and I decide when we were stuck on color schemes. We ended up going with Malarkey Shingles and James Hardie for the siding. His transparency and clear communication made me feel confident in my choices and assured me that I was in good hands, not to mention the warranties that come with the products. The installation process was seamless, thanks to the highly skilled crew. They were respectful, and maintained a clean work environment, which I really appreciated. They followed the agreed-upon timeline and completed the work within the specified period. From the consultation to the final walkthrough, Joe was always available to address any questions or concerns I had. They even followed up after the project was completed to make sure that I was completely happy with the results, which further demonstrated their commitment to their clients. I’ve recommended them to several neighbors during and after the process. Overall, I cannot recommend Northwind Exteriors enough for their outstanding work. If you're looking for a reputable company that delivers exceptional quality, professionalism, and unmatched customer service, look no further. There’s not many contractors you find anymore that still care about the customers wants AND needs, and are able to balance both.   I contacted TTLC last year to get an estimate on my roof and siding because of some storm damage that I had! Jordan came by to do an inspection and to be honest I was a bit apprehensive just because I’ve had multiple companies come by and promise they would get my roof and siding covered by the insurance and none of them came through for me. So after having Jordan do his inspection they contacted my insurance company and they met with them here to have them also take a look. Of course the Insurance gave us a hard time and dragged their feet but TTLC stayed on top of them and finally got them to pay for a new roof, siding, gutters etc. Yas also got involved and made sure I received the quality of product and color my wife and I wanted. He followed up with me on a regular basis and kept me informed about the whole process. In such a competitive space few thing that matters is commitment, communication, and follow through.   I am so pleased with this project!! Formmz did an AMAZING job. Although they were not the cheapest bid I received, they were worth every penny! We built an 800 sq/ft second story addition for our new master with a walk out deck and I absolutely LOVE IT. The working crew was very professional and did excellent finishing work! White oak hard wood floors in our master bedroom, dense shag carpet in our walk in closet and heated stone floors in our bathroom. The design team helped with EVERYTHING. Don't know what I would do without Formmz! 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE :) Will definitely have Formmz back for future projectsshow more
