I hired Rafal from Floor X Hardwood Flooring to replace some damaged engineered hardwood flooring in my hall. He and his assistant did a superb job. They took out and disposed of the damaged boards and cut and replaced them with flooring I had left over from the original install. They were very courteous and professional. Guys fixed my old squeaky floors and installed laminate in just 3 days for 4 bedrooms. Locating squeaks was not as trivial as just screw subfloor down, but guys found the root cause for each room and did a nice job fixing them. Also everyone was polite and guys cleaned rooms very well after job was done. They helped to pick a laminate from the store and did all shoping for missing materials. I highly recommend this team

First I will say that the owner is nice and flexible and so was the person on his team. The floor install looks nice. The initial quote seemed to have covered the whole job - removing carpet and installing lock to fit laminate plank with quarter round shoebase. I was responsible for buying the materials needed. After the job was completed we did have to caulk the shoe board ourselves. Overall good value for the price, and suggestion to go through each line item to ensure job is done to an agreed expectation.
