"Horatio and his team took my "sump pump turns on every minute, don't know where all this water is coming from" issue to their heart which is heartwarming to experience. They diagnosed the problem by spending like 4 hours at my place and when we could not figure out the exact cause, they did help narrow it down to being either a broken intake pipe or high water table. They also put a temporary reroute for ground water to rule out any issues with the sewer line which is the case sometimes. They replaced one of my broken sump pump too for a reasonable price."

"Mike D was out to help us with our sump system issue. We needed to replace our back up battery and our back up sump, which had failed. We decided to put in a new system that has a lot more safeguards. Our system, besides needing a new back up sump and battery, was antiquated a had issues with safeguards failing. This system is more technologically advanced than our old one and pumps more water out to boot. It also has more safeguards and fail safe measures. "We were extremely please with Chris. We approached the project with baby steps. After an initial jet & camera of our current drain & floor tile we learned we had a blockage (which is why in heavy rains we were getting water & mud coming up). We then hired him to open a section of concrete to expose the drain tile and fix. This lead to the exposing a serious problem and we went further and had Chris replace the drain tile, add a new sump pump & tie into existing to create a "back up". Although it ended up costing us about $9,000 we are at complete ease knowing our basement is dry now! We will only be calling Aqua Doctor for any of our plumbing issues in the future."
