"Our backup sump pump alarm went off and I called Jake. He said it could be that the main sump was being overworked due to the heavy rains. He came out to check it. No pressure on his part to purchase a new one. We went ahead and had him install a new one. He was very professional. Left the work area clean. His fee was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend him to others."

"On Saturday 2/09/19 we were alerted by our Ion Genesis sensor (previously installed by Lifeline Plumbing) that our dual sump pumps were running continuously. We called Lifeline Plumbing and Anthony promptly arrived later that day as scheduled. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a frozen sump pump discharge line. After patiently and courteously answering all our questions Anthony quickly and professionally fixed the problem. And he even changed the handle on a running toilet at no extra charge. We continue to be thoroughly pleased with the professionalism and courteousness of Lifeline Plumbing personnel and highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs."

"I had a broken sump pump in the crawlspace with standing water. R.A. Mechanical come out after 5 pm on a Friday and had everything taken care of within an hour. Their staff were very considerate. Even though access to the space was inside the fully carpeted home, there was not a spot left on the carpet when they finished."
