"WOW - working with Jaime and his crew was remarkable. They plastered my 44 ft X 18 pool, changed out two pumps, replaced jets, fixed my heater, and spent meticulous detail to make sure the pool was open and running before they wrapped up the job. Also important to note - other pool companies I have worked with in the past always tried to 'keep me stupid'. I am a new pool owner (I bought a home with a pool in 2010) and the companies would services the pool, open the pool, and close the pool in a way that felt like they were intentionally avoiding me so I could never ask questions, thus always be dependent on them. Jaime and his team did the opposite. They gave me tons of practical advice on being a pool owner - - - and the guy who does service that they work with took the time to even show me how to use the complicated chemical testing kit that i never really understood (I used test strips, but now I will use the test kit). I even learned more about my heater - - - who knew! Thanks Jaime, Freddy, Raymond, Herman and the rest of the crew! Well done."
