Mike was very responsive to our needs and answered all of our questions. He diagnosed the problem with our sewer drain right away and was able to come out within the next week. Mike called me first when needing a plumber during Thanksgiving weekend. He came out right away. He unplugged the toilet and fixed a leaking toilet valve. I highly recommend him.

Mike and Son came for this broken water pipe. They are great! They were able to do the job quickly and right. I know I'll need more later so I will be calling them again. Mike is clearly experienced and respects someone who likes to DIY and repair things independently, but knows their own limits. My faucet works like new, doesn't leak, and is much easier to turn the handle now!

If there were 10 stars, Mike would get 10. Panicked, I called, he answered, multiple times. I counted at least 30 calls/texts to him over a 4 day span. It was a collapsed sewer pipe next to my deck. He helped me through it, calmly, reasonably priced, called in his crew, got permits, and gave me his confidence. What more can you ask for? Oh, did I mention him coming out on a SUNDAY, RAINING, LEAVING A FAMILY EVENT, to bring me a pump to help with the excess water in basement? Did I mention him offering to come shop-vac the uck out because I was freaking out? Did I mention how quickly and reliably he responded? Can't say enough!!!

Great, fast

Mike and his son were great. He called me on Thursday, told me what it would cost and then showed up when he told me he would. In less than 45 minutes we had a new water heater installed and they were ready to leave. Very professional and very nice. He told my husband how to do the maintenance a couple times a year. If I need any other type of plumbing I will be contacting him again.

Needed two leaking hot water tanks replaced. Wagner & Sons was immediately responsive, gave me a full quote over the phone with a couple pictures, and showed up and installed NEXT DAY! Best service and best price, period! Everyone else insisted on me spending the day at home while a "Tech" (high pressure salesman) trapesed through my house giving me quotes that were 20-50% higher for same products!

I woke up to my backup sump pump alarm going off. I attempted to resolve the alarm myself but couldn't figure out the issue. I put in a request for service and Wagner and Sons called me back within 5 minutes. They asked some clarifying questions and advised that they could swing by between 11am and 12pm, the truck rolled into my driveway at 10:58! Mike Wagner serviced my pump, he was very professional and even took the time to explain to me how the pump works and what some other issues to look out for are. He showed me how he determined that the backup and main pump were shot and went through my options. He said that I could replace the current 1/3hp pump but that he recommended a 1/2hp pump because my property grading isn't great. He said he could replace the backup at the same time but was honest about it being something that can be done at anytime and wasn't necessary to do right away. Ultimately I approved the 1/2hp main pump and declined the back up pump. After that he was able to replace the pump in 40 minutes before going on his way. I really appreciate the honesty, transparency, and explanations of service and equipment. I am very satisfied with the overall service and I saved his card for future services.

We needed a new hot water heater. Mike Wagner gave me the quote over the phone with a fair price. Came a couple days later on schedule and installed the new heater. Very professional.

Expertly, quickly and professionally. Mike explained what caused the problem and how to prevent it going forward. He called me after I left contact info online and gave me a time window on the day we agreed upon. Then, that morning he called again with a more precise time. We settled using PayPal which was convenient for us both.
