Puro Clean Water and Fire Restoration

The staff was wonderful. They took care of talking with the insurance adjuster. They cleaned and moved the items in the basement to get rid of the water. Made sure equipment was set up properly to dry and sanitize the basement. They installed new sump pumps. Hopefully I will not need their services again but would hire them without question.

Puroclean did a great job at my house when I sustained major water damage. All of the staff was professional and courteous. The experience was first class and they are great at removing water damage.

We returned from vacations and our entire basement was flooded around midnight Saturday and they were at my house the next day by 6:30 am, everything had been cleaned and removed. They are incredibly responsive. They are pros.

Robert was the man who took care of the problem. He was very polite and would highly recommend him.

I may be pre-mature with this rating as I am still waiting for a replacement trap as the initial one was not sensitive enough to trip and catch the animal. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a new trap. I hope this is fixed soon and then my evaluation will prove.

The gentleman was very professional and did his job quickly. He was in and out in no time at all.

I has a bat in the house last night but could not find it today. I spoke with Nick and was contemplating using his service. He told me a good way to catch a bat is by putting duct tape on a broom with the sticky side out. I went downstairs and there it was. I used Nick's advise and caught the bat! What a rush! Thank you Nick for your advise and if I ever need a service I am calling you. For sure!

Nicholas was awesome!! He was prompt and very professional!! I would definitely call him again in the event i come across a critter problem.

Moving day .. My kitty freaked out and hid and could not find her. Time crunch...These guys came through. Not only did they respond to the urgency of the matter they were quick knowing we were leaving our home for a new one. They were great with the kitty. Caught her in under ten minutes. Yup - 10 minutes. This is one satisfied customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
