This review didn’t give me the option for water heater, so I chose closest option. Vito was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and gave me a great deal. I will ALWAYS use them for my plumbing needs!

Rickie was fantastic! Walked in, started testing immediately to diagnose the problem, identified the problem and alert me of the official issue! Got right to work, fixed the sump pump issue and was professional the entire time. As he was preparing the leave even spoke to my spouse via ring camera as well! A nice and professional individual who was helpful and explained the issue and resolution in detail! Job well done! I will reach out again for future issues as needed!

Thank you TMD plumbing for their prompt service. We called them and explained to them our sump pump was buzzing. They immediately set up an appointment and came to our house. They even texted us and called us to let us know when they were coming. They inspected the sump pump and determined the "buzzing sound" was not from the sump pump and the sump pump was fine. I highly recommend their service

The TMD crew tat did my rodding job were amazing. They were polite and knowledgeable . They not only did the rodding but also fixes a faucet filter to get an ample supply of water needed to facilitate the rodding.. I now have a new favorite plumbing repair source, I will surely recommend TMD to any one who asks.

The people were rude. Did not clean up the area properly. Left the fence door open. My dog went out and ran away. Highly irresponsible people. It was with great difficulty we found the dog.

They were on time and professional and got the job done efficiently.

There are bad companies...then there is 50 feet of garbage, and below that are companies like TMD. ABSOLUTE WORST! unfortunately, our insurance company is just as s***** as them and has listed them as their official partner. Our water heater needed replacement. The part in question has a life of 10yrs, ours was 11yrs old and needed replacement but instead of writing the honest reason in their evaluation report, the company's technician sited some BS reason for replacement so that the insurance can deny the claim. Of course the insurance company is to blame as well, but the point is that this plumbing company has no integrity and is just out to do insurance company's bidding. long story short, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR REVIEWS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANY, OR Y0UR INSURANCE PROVIDER HAS LISTED THEM AS THEIR PARTNER..... RUN... RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK.... oh and did i mention the horrible customer service on the phone? they do not even try to ACT helpful or seem to care. They straight up end the call on you. wish i could give zero stars, this 1 star is wayy too much for them!

Absolute rip off. They installed a faucet, it didn’t work. They claimed it is manufacturer issue and asked for a new fee to install a new one. Another plumber fixed the issue ina couple of minutes.

Terrible company. Lousy service. Avoid at any cost. The technician came as per appointment, and started to take out the parts from tank assembly. Then he started complaining under his breath about it being the wrong sized part. Then he mentioned they would not be able to repair it because something is missing. He said he has the original parts, but he would not do it (as it is a service call covered by AHS). Had to call AHS to get a different company to come in and fix the issue.

I was charged $600 to change pipes out and assured that clog was fixed. 3 days later we had exact same problem,had to pay a plumber to come out on a Sunday and found out they had fixed nothing! Would not recommend!

The company was very good and efficient. They are very timely, the communication is very professional and they very detailed on what they do.

 I never write reviews but this has just left such a lasting uneasy feeling about the experience I had with TMD Plumbing.

Short version - Was told that our garbage disposal had seized and needed to be replaced, when it wasn't.  My wife was able to fix it thanks to YouTube!  And then tried to recommend unnecessary work in order to complete job after job was started.  Then refused to rectify situation.  We are not handy at all!

Very bad experience, felt taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge.  BEWARE and choose someone else, there are plenty of other options out there.

PRIVATE SEWER & WATER Corp were great



doing their job from start to finish.  I



had a sewage pipe cracked outside my foundation and that cause the sewage to backup.



They came in and clear the line and they had to dug about 5 Feet outside my



house and put new pipe and also make overflow access outside my house so if it



ever backs up for some reason rodding can be done from outside instead of



taking the toilet out and making a mess. They made us very comfortable how the



job will go from start to finish and they also made sure my landscaping doesn?t



get damage since I had brick landscaping.

The work was done adequately. This is a simple job for a knowledgeable plumber.

It went very well, as is typical for them. We have used them multiple times over the years for both small and large jobs. Qualified repair techs who fix it right the first time. Fair pricing. We will continue to use their services.

I was very satisfied with their prices and the quality of their workmanship are very good. Their promptness, knowledge of their trade and the advice that they can give is what stood out to me.

The service man looked at the pump that was working correctly at the time. Shutting off when the pit was empty. He did a few things to help from it doing it again. But that failed because last night it did the same thing again. They are coming out to look at it again.
