"I am really disappointed that this didn't work out as I'd hoped. Really nice guy, showed up on time and was efficient. When I reached out to ask that he fix a small problem that resulted from the work he did, he completely ghosted me. I was expecting more than he delivered. In hindsight the verbiage in the original quote was vague, so I had no real recourse. I ended up having to purchase several fixtures myself and will now have to install them myself."
