We decided to put in a new system that has a lot more safeguards. Our system, besides needing a new back up sump and battery, was antiquated a had issues with safeguards failing. This system is more technologically advanced than our old one and pumps more water out to boot. It also has more safeguards and fail safe measures. Not only did he outbid the other quotes we got, he was the ultimate professional from first contact to answering our calls and texts after the installation when we forgot to ask questions while he was here. He handled ever aspect of the installation including disposing of all the packaging and the old water heater.
