We decided to put in a new system that has a lot more safeguards. Our system, besides needing a new back up sump and battery, was antiquated a had issues with safeguards failing. This system is more technologically advanced than our old one and pumps more water out to boot. It also has more safeguards and fail safe measures. Not only did he outbid the other quotes we got, he was the ultimate professional from first contact to answering our calls and texts after the installation when we forgot to ask questions while he was here. He handled ever aspect of the installation including disposing of all the packaging and the old water heater. Not only will we be calling him for all future plumbing needs, we will be calling him for referrals for any home repairs. If Mr. Boesche trusts them, I know I can trust them. The only flaw was that he didn't ask me to write a review and should have. I had to offer. Found him on Angi's and so glad that I did. Getting the heater ourselves and having installing it we saved $1000 versus the companies who would only quote us with a water heater included.
