"The technician who came out Sharma did not do a proper diagnosis of the issue with our washer. He was in and out on the first visit in 20 minutes saying that he knew exactly what the problem was. He later tried to blame me for not telling him what the error codes were as the reason for him not fixing the problem. He came back in a couple of days to unclog the drainage system from the machine leaving the machine off balance and rocking and the rubber seal out of place resulting in water leaking from the machine. He was the absolute worst repairman I have ever encountered. They should be offering me a refund for such poor service. I had to go behind him to reattach the seal around the door and rebalance the machine he left rocking."

We strive to achieve the highest quality of work for a reasonable cost. Appliance Repair is something I have been involved with all of my life. I enjoy the work and my customers. I also enjoy the challenge of learning to service new brands of appliances. We even service LG appliances as well as other import brands. He tried a 3rd time with the same results. He then blamed the manufacturer claiming all of their ice machines are faulty. He had no solution. I hired another company to look at the latest new one from Bill. They identified the problem within minutes and we’re out of the door in 15 minutes, I had a working ice machine. Bill did not wire it correctly!! For over a year Bill has promised to return what I paid to the company that fixed it. After many texts, he has gone silent. Save yourself the grief and hire someone who is qualified and honest, which Bill is not."
