"Mike has been an excellent friend and worker for me. I'm so thankful to have found him to take charge of returning a rental house into a prospective home to list on the market. He does great work, responds and communicates well. He's surprised me on a couple of occasions by taking care of some items I thought would require many more dollars to hire a contractor. I didn't mention I live 2,000 miles away from the rental, so it's been a godsend to have Mike onboard. Great guy, does great work."

But two weeks after installation it started leaking water down the front of the house and I called and wrote many times asking for someone to come out. When someone did about a month or two later, it did not fix it. So now 7 months later after many calls and requests we finally got them to come out and fix their mistake. I do not recommend it."
