The technician who came out Sharma did not do a proper diagnosis of the issue with our washer. He was in and out on the first visit in 20 minutes saying that he knew exactly what the problem was. He later tried to blame me for not telling him what the error codes were as the reason for him not fixing the problem. He came back in a couple of days to unclog the drainage system from the machine leaving the machine off balance and rocking and the rubber seal out of place resulting in water leaking from the machine. He was the absolute worst repairman I have ever encountered. They should be offering me a refund for such poor service. I had to go behind him to reattach the seal around the door and rebalance the machine he left rocking.

The repair man was very nice and knowledgeable about the problem with my stove. He took the time to show me and explain to me what he was doing to repair the problem. I appreciated the information.
