"Extremely rude and unprofessional. Frankie had the nerve to tell my 70yr old Father that he was "bothering him" after he took $80 from him the day prior, and told him the part to the refrigerator would come in the next day. Well, it was 2pm the next day and my Dad never heard from him, so my Dad text him twice asking if he was coming, no response. He then called him once, no response. Finally, at 5pm Frankie responded that my Dad was bothering him and to leave him alone. Zero class. Do NOT use!"

"I hired Bill to replace the ice machine in my refrigerator. After he installed it, it did not produce ice. He brought over a new one and installed it. It did not work. He tried a 3rd time with the same results. He then blamed the manufacturer claiming all of their ice machines are faulty. He had no solution. I hired another company to look at the latest new one from Bill. They identified the problem within minutes and we’re out of the door in 15 minutes, I had a working ice machine. Bill did not wire it correctly!! For over a year Bill has promised to return what I paid to the company that fixed it. After many texts, he has gone silent.
