Friendly and professional service with good communication. Was able to diagnose oven issue promptly then get replacement part and repair before inti time estimation. When we had an issue with the wire connection, the technician came back the same day to fix with no extra charge. Would highly recommend.

Fraud technician, please be aware before hiring for an appliance repair. They will pretend working and fix and after a short time your appliance will give same error and they won?t show and fix or correct it for you unless you pay again

Please note that we are working with you through your insurance company, and any concerns or complaints should be directed to them, as we are contractors operating under their authorization. The repair was completed six months ago, and there were no issues reported during that time. Per our agreement with the insurance company, we provide a 60-day warranty on repairs. Additionally, the issue you are currently experiencing is entirely different from the one we originally repaired. We are not asking you to pay us again ? we are simply advising you to contact your insurance company, as they are the ones responsible for handling further claims."
