We had an issue with our washer and dryer. Billy knew what the problem was just from our initial conversation over the phone. He was able to come out the next morning and fix both issues to have the machines up and running. Billy explained what caused the problem and was professional, tidy and great with his communication. We recommend this company for any appliance issues and will use them in the future!

Stay FAR away from this man! He is a thief!!!! Initially I reached out because my freezer went out and he had pretty good reviews. He was responsive up until he got all of our money. He came out once and the issue was not resolved. It was like pulling teeth to get him to come back out. He eventually did after canceling on us twice and lo and behold the issue still persisted. He never fixed the issue. I followed up with him again to see when he would come out for a third time. This man is completely ignoring me. The lack of professionalism is absolutely astounding. I have no desire to do any further business with this man so I asked for a full refund. We paid $300 to have our freezer fixed and this man stole our money and never fixed the issue and continues to ignore me. I asked him to refund us all of our money and he blocked me! Now Im going to have to take him to court because hes a piece of crap. He will steal your money then block you and these screenshots are proof!!

The technician diagnosed an issue with my fridge and came back later that today with the parts. He made every attempt to make adjustments to get the part to work, but my fridge was not able to be saved. I appreciated how professional the repairman was in explaining the issue, making every effort to perform the repair, and helping advise on the best options for a new fridge. It's rare to see such commitment to doing a good job, and you shouldn't hesitate in hiring them.

Billy really explained what was going on with my refrigerator. Unfortunately, repairing it would have cost quite a bit (and I had paid for a costly repair only a year before by someone else), and even though Billy could have made money on the time and effort it would have taken to repair it, he suggested I'd be better off purchasing a new one. I truly appreciated his honesty; he did not benefit by telling me this. I will call him again if I ever need another appliance repair.

Customer service was excellent. Very courteous on the phone call, came out at the time of the appointment. Billy is a man who knows his business, made the repair quickly and there has been no further problem. Explained everything to me and then releveled the washer and dryer and stayed to make sure all worked as they should. Would highly recommend them.

I really enjoyed working with Patriot Appliance Repair and would highly recommend them. I liked the owner Billy from our very first phone conversation. Most servicemen don’t take the time to explain anything, so I’m always asking questions, trying to understand. Billy was just the opposite. He told me what he thought the problem was with my dryer and what he was going to do to fix it. I already felt comfortable with him when he arrived, and I sat with him while he explained everything he was doing, I greatly appreciated the respect he offered me. He is a proud patriot, veteran, and father, and I would definitely work with him again :)
