We then re-engaged the next year to do our hardscape patio and back landscaping. When rain delayed our progress, he rushed the job to get it done in time for a party we were having. "I hit the jackpot finding Fil & Thor Build. I live between Chicago and another state and wanted to complete my project while I was away, to avoid having to live through the construction. I had quotes from a couple of other contractors, all provided half baked quotes and were slow to respond to my emails. I contacted Thor Build online and got a return call from Fil soon after my initial inquiry. We made an appointment and Fil showed up as scheduled and was quick to send me an estimate as promised. The upgrades consisted of paint, insulation, a tankless hot water heater, pex water pipping, electrical outlets, lighting and the fuse box. We did so much I’m sure I’m missing things. Courtney and his family did all the work and we would hire them to do it again!"
