I was surprised they were able to come the same day, within the hour even! Once here, Rich could appreciate that I would prefer to fix an older dishwasher rather than buy something new, considering the older models (we are talking 20+ years older) were more made to last. He figured out what was wrong, dashed out to grab the part before the store closed, and had it installed very quickly and professionally. I am absolutely holding onto their number for any other issues that arise with anything in my condo, and I have already referred a friend to use them!

I entered the request and they called within 5 minutes. Someone was out the same day. It was determine the fix was going to cost too much so we ended up purchasing a new refrigerator/freezer.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Juliano from R & J Preventative Maintenance. When I first spoke to him he was courteous and got someone to come to my house within 3 hours on a Friday afternoon. I appreciated that very much because it was my freezer and everything was thawing fast. Chris came on time and only took him a few minutes to figure out the problem. He explained it well and fixed it without a high cost. This is a very professional company and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

ABT was trying to fix my viking oven about 5 times without any success. Juliano and Chris fixed it in one trip!

R&J Preventative Maintenance responded quickly to my request for a quote, sent out a repairman the next day (I told them "no rush"), and he was able to diagnose and fix the issue in ~75 minutes. Originally, my LG Gas Dryer (DLGX4201W) stopped producing heat and started displaying the "9a5" (gas) error code. The very friendly repairman (Marion) identified that the igniter was broken. He drove to a parts supplier, returned with the new part, and promptly replaced it. He explained to me the cause of the issue, as well as how to test the ignitor myself with a multimeter if my dryer stops working again in the future. The cost before tax was $330, and with tax it was $360. Since the part itself costs more than $100, and since a standalone diagnosis w/o work costs $90, I considered this price to be very fair. Kudos to Marion for promptly acquiring the part and installing same-day! I'd definitely go with R&J Preventative Maintenance again! Total Cost w/ tax: $360

I was impressed with Angi's business service setup, the quick and responsive connection that I received on Friday. The young man arrived on Saturday and was very professional ,polite and friendly! He seemed very patient with my husband and my interactions and questions. He was prompt and on time with his calls and appearance to fix our dryer! He had a good attitude and demonstrated his knowledge at explaining how we should maintain using our dryer for future usage after he completed the task. I was able to dry my clothes the same day! Yeah!

Within about 2 hrs of requesting service on my oven, they were at my place, and had it fixed and tested within 30 minutes. It was a little expensive, but the responsiveness was great, and the oven has been working better than ever since.

Excellent customer service, it was a pleasure doing business with them, although it turned out the needed repair was not worth the cost, Cristian, the technician, still took the time to explain to me what to look for when I shop for a new refrigerator. I will definitely call them in the future if I need service for appliances.

Called out r&j preventative maintenance and they came out same day. Chris and Juliano were my techs , they took apart my fridge ,showed me my issue, went to pick up parts and was all fixed within 2 hours. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and affordable. My dogs loved them as well

They were efficient and got the job done i had my subzero fixed and i am happy with the service i recieved i will probably call again if i have any other issues

It is hard to rate because one job was done very well, but not the other two. I am not totally satisfied with the quality of the two that were not fixed because he has my money.
