After interviewing a few companies to do our project, we didn’t see any other company to go with for it. They were personal and friendly from the start. Freely answered any questions I had (which was a lot) without any hesitation and didn’t make me feel like I was being annoying. The installation went great and all of the workers were courteous and helpful. After finding out we needed to replace a few rotted pieces of wood and some fascia, they worked with me to get it all replaced even if it wasn’t part of the initial plan. Both the roofers and the gutter installer were very knowledgeable and really worked with me to make sure we got the project just right. I will be recommending this company to anyone who is looking for projects. And I will be returning for future projects. Thanks again so much for everything. The whole team went above and beyond.

Steve and his crew coordinated two projects: metal roof installation and completely tear down half a garage roof and rebuild the roof to finally install the shingles. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and reassuring that everything would be completely to my satisfaction in a matter of a day. I thought he was exaggerating a bit for the job was quite extensive. His crew showed up first thing in the morning and had completed the work within a matter of hours!!! It was so surreal that his team finished everything so quickly. I have worked with Home Improvements on three projects. My two past projects (installing an entry door and a new roof on the house and garage), and the current project (installing a garage side door), were all quickly and expertly done, with no mess left behind. Julie made it extremely easy to book the appointment for the work (yes, an added bonus is that you can talk to a real person at this company!), and Mike (the sales rep) presented with me an honest and accurate estimate prior to starting any of the work. The prices were fair, and this is one of the few companies I have dealt with that consistently prioritizes customer satisfaction. I highly recommend using Home Improvements.

The customer service is fantastic! At each stage of the project, the staff were helpful and informative. We were advised on which windows did or did not need replacing which allowed us to save money on our renovation. We appreciated the honesty and service we received. All of this, and the quality of the windows are fantastic!

Mike Cheek, who worked with us in purchasing the windows, was very professional and helpful in informing us about your windows and how efficient and energy-saving it is to have all our windows replaced in a reasonable cost. He also recommended the type of window we needed for our house. The installers were also great and professional. They cleaned and kept our surroundings well.

So far so good, project isn’t completed yet, but the process has been solid so far.
