"The rain storm on the night of January 8, 2026 that dropped an incredible 2" of rain within a short period showed us we had a major roof leak coming into our attic and upstairs bedroom. I went to Angi's list the next day and entered the parameters for our job. His likely arrival time was going to conflict with my need to pick up my daughter from school, so he shifted his schedule so he could get here beforehand.
