First of all every other company we received quotes from wanted to tear off our roof, which would have raised the project price by almost 200%. David analyzed our situation and told us that since we only had one layer of old roof that was covered by a few thousand pounds of gravel, he would be able to reroof over the existing roof. He first removed and hauled away all that gravel and installed a beautiful torch applied roof over the existing roof. He even added some extra work at no extra charge. They covered shrubs, windows, picked up after each day's work, they came inside to make sure the skylights were set properly, dumpster was here a limited time thanks their efficiency and so was removed from the street which my neighbors appreciated. They kept me informed as to what was going on: when they would leave and return next day. A final inspection was done after all work completed and it is perfect.
