Starting from when I began getting quotes from roofers, I was thoroughly impressed with Eugene and his company Estate Exteriors. He came to my house, inspected my roof, then sat down with me and explained the whole roofing process from beginning to end including the cost (no payment until the work was completed). He was never pushy but wanted to make sure all my questions were answered. When I finally made the decision to choose Estate Exteriors, Eugene helped me choose the shingle color and, again made sure any questions were answered. Once the crew arrived, they immediately got to work. If they found needed roof repair, phots were taken which Eugene shared with me. When the work was completed, clean-up was excellent, and Eugene returned the next day to inspect the work and do any extra clean-up. I am very happy with my new roof and know that I chose the right company. I would recommend it to anyone needing a new roof.

The whole process with Estate Exterior was reliable, transparent, courteous and while I don't have a capability of evaluating the quality of their actual roofing, I am very confident to trust their work. Details like the owner Eugene placing the sample shingles by the house and having me look at them from a distance of the street so that I can choose the color and texture (as opposed to inside the house on a table with artificial light) and explaining clearly the options I might have in order to address this leaking roof made sure I am in control of how this project goes. Like many in our subdivision, we were approaching 20 years on our roof and had suffered some wind and hail damage related to some heavy storms earlier in the year. After seeing others in the subdivision having work done on their homes, my wife and I decided to take the plunge and try our hand with getting it approved through insurance (knowing the unlikelihood of getting full coverage on an old roof, particularly with one of the big-name insurance companies). We were connected with Eugene from Estate Exteriors through high recommendations from another person in our subdivision. In particular, Eugene works as a licensed public adjuster and has insight towards what is typically looked at by insurance companies before the decision is made to approve funding for roof repair. From the beginning I was very impressed with Eugene's professionalism. He arrived promptly a few minutes after I texted him, and got up on the roof to do a quick assessment. I admired Eugene's frequent and clear communication; he never used language that was too "over my head" and made sure I had a good understanding of all steps involved in the process. We communicated regularly by text, email and phone and he walked me through every step of the way. He was present when the insurance company sent out their own adjuster to assess the damage and was able to communicate his own findings. After I eventually did get approval for full roof repair, he scheduled the roof repair and was in constant communication letting me know of any potential unforeseen damage that might need to be repaired. He was also successful in getting some of that extra damage covered by insurance after the repair. The work (which involved full roof replacement, replacement of sky lights, and gutters) was high quality - and I still admire the appearance of our roof, which I didn't think I could ever get excited about! Finally, when it came time for payment, Eugene was available in person to help me call the mortgage company to ensure that our insurance checks would be endorsed and processed correctly. He also offered additional 0% financing for some of the additional work that was not covered by insurance. Overall, I have never had such a positive customer experience with ANYONE, like the one I had with Estate Exteriors. Eugene is honest, humble, a great communicator and does high quality work. I was so relieved to have such a burdensome project be made about as easy as possible. I highly recommend this company and recommend without any reservations!

One of the best contactors I've worked with. Eugene showed up on time to inspect my roof. He gave me an honest evaluation and even told me I didn't need to replace my existing roof for another 2 years. No pressure. His estimate to replace my roof, skylight and chimney was very completive. On the day I signed the contract he spent an hour answering my questions about the work and code related issues. He brought over many samples to choose the color from and gave us addresses to visit of where he installed certain shingle colors. Eugene and his crew showed up on time and was ready to go on the scheduled day. His crew was very professional and completed the job that day. They did a great job picking up making sure there was no building materials laying around the yard. Early the next morning they showed up and picked up the dumpster just as planned. Estate Exteriors did a great job with the full replacement of our roof. They were very thorough and addressed all problems, e.g. leaking skylight and the total cost was very reasonable. Our roof was not very old but the previous contractor cut corners in some places which ultimately led to water leaks. Eugene took time to explain why we had these issues and how they would fix them. Further, he spent a lot of time working with my insurance company to get maximum benefits from our homeowners policy. He was a trusted advisor who helped make the best decision and took time to discuss the pros and cons of different options.

I usually don't write reviews but Eugene went above and beyond as he helped me with the insurance claim, answered every question and addressed any concerns. Every review mentions Eugene because you are dealing with the owner and not just some sales rep. In one day his crew replaced my roof, replaced two skylights and installed new gutter guards. They worked like a well-oiled machine and did a great job. If you need a new roof, stop wasting your time searching for roofing companies and just give Eugene a call. P.S. When deciding on the best shingle color, make sure you first see the big samples in person. I almost ended up with a "blue" roof even though the color I had originally picked was gray. Here’s were Eugene saved the day for me by stopping by with samples and showing me how gray can sometimes look blue.
