"My experience with 83 Masonry was EXCELLENT! We hired them to tuck-point and partially rebuild our two chimneys. They started the project on time and showed up everyday ahead of time. We have new roof and AC, so before they started any work, they have protected the roof and build protection canopy over the AC to make sure nothing would get damaged. Very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and safe. Not only were the chimneys fixed, they improved the look of the house. Overall, they were great.  We did have to have them back not once, but twice again.  The first time was due to the fact that we found a new crack after we closed up the basement again including drywall, paint and carpeting.  The second time was due to the fact the one of their cracks leaked.  We think there is movement in the wall so we do not blame Atlas for this.  It's the house.

"We have lived in our house for 10 years. Right after we moved in there was water in the crawlspace and we hired Permaseal to do drain tile. We've had no water issues for 10 years. This year we finally decided to do something about the settling in the addition and again hired Permaseal to install piers around the foundation (interior and exterior). Hugo M. and his team did an outstanding job, working through some very cold days, installing everything as planned and at each moment stopping to show us the work and the progress. The work required going through the drain tile on the interior pier locations and the team reinstalled the drain tile system before pouring the final concrete.
