Due to this there was a little confusion on a couple things, but after contacting Jeff his crew came out and fixed my concerns within a couple days of our phone conversation. As we have the house on the market, this was very much appreciated.  They used a long mechanical snake to open the downspout.  In 30 minutes they were done, clean up and on their way.  Perfect !!"
