The fixed the rusted and failing lintels above our 3 garage doors, that were not done correctly when the house was built. It was causing the break to crack and fail and water to get in behind the wall. They also rebuilt the whole top of the chimney and did miscellaneous Tuck pointing around the whole house. It was a pretty big job. They were the highest bidder that we found but they were also the most inclusive - other bidders didnâ t want to do all the work and didnâ t seem to want to do it the right way. - so 83 a really good , complete and proper job and because Of that I feel that we got a good value.

83 Masonry was fantastic in communicating, doing what they promised, doing an excellent job. He listened as I described the problem, and with professional know-how found the solution. The finished work is perfect. I felt they are willing to see any problem through, should any occur. They are trustworthy and exhibit admirable work ethic. They cleaned the work area when the job was finished.

83 masonry Reviewed my initial concern about areas of my home where the mortar was crumbling and falling out. It turned out that rusted lintels were no longer properly supported the brick around garden level windows and cracks were more extensive than I had initially detected. By their expert discerning of the underlying problem they provided a solution of new lintels with drainage to prevent it from happening again. They arrived early the day of the job, the owner was on site entire time participating in the work and provided insights throughout the repair about what was happening. They also supplied before and after photos, and left the work site spotless. Patient, detailed and knowledgeable. Great experience.

We had a great experience with 83 Masonry LLC. They did work for us in the Palos area. We had full tuckpointing repairs done on the house and chimneys, along with cleaning and re-caulking all the windows and doors. The guys did great work, replacing brick where needed making it look better than I thought it would. Caulking turned out great everywhere. Impressed with the care they took while working, covering our bushes and landscaping and making sure any kind of mess was cleaned up at the end. Guys were always on time and owner was always on call and available, and more than happy to answer any of our questions we had through the process. Absolutely 5-star service without a doubt.

Masonry project required expert craftsmanship. We are highly satisfied. However your categories don't allow for the work that was done. We have a stone residence, 93 years old. 83 Masonry performed skillfully to repair stone carved pillars and decorative acorns.

My experience with 83 Masonry was EXCELLENT! We hired them to tuck-point and partially rebuild our two chimneys. They started the project on time and showed up everyday ahead of time. We have new roof and AC, so before they started any work, they have protected the roof and build protection canopy over the AC to make sure nothing would get damaged. Very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and safe. Not only were the chimneys fixed, they improved the look of the house. We are EXTREMELY happy with the craftsmanship and we would recommend them for any type of masonry work.
