We have been burned in the past with other contractors, so I am always on edge when dealing with them, but Oliver gives me a new reason to relax on that a bit. The Atlas Restoration bid was extremely competitive and they were able and willing to work in the extremely tight time frame we had to provide the buyer with proof of completion.
