Rob and crew removed all debris, built new chimney, inspected 30 yr. old chimney shaft and suggested liner(for safety and code compliance) .installed new damper, cleaned up entire area inside and out. great work, very courteous, fair price. "There was no actual work done at the point, because prior to having them come out I had Perma-Seal attempt to solve the issue by apply a plastic wrap underneath below ground level which they told me it would fix my issue (It did not, lost money). I had photos while workers were digging in that project and it displayed a Pier stabilizer connected to my house. The tech at USW was completely honest about the guarantee their seal would be able to 100% get behind that Pier stabilizer, so they explained that drain tiles would be a potential next option."
