"My experience with 83 Masonry was EXCELLENT! We hired them to tuck-point and partially rebuild our two chimneys. They started the project on time and showed up everyday ahead of time. We have new roof and AC, so before they started any work, they have protected the roof and build protection canopy over the AC to make sure nothing would get damaged. Very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and safe. Not only were the chimneys fixed, they improved the look of the house. We are EXTREMELY happy with the craftsmanship and we would recommend them for any type of masonry work."

"We got stuck wth a lemon of a foundation repair job that the previous owners of the home had done in 2014. We bought the home almost a year later in 2015. Atlas corrected every mistake that the previous owners' company made. It was a pricy job, yes. But this is proof that you get what you pay for. The previous owners went cheap. Water proofing companies are a dime a dozen, they are NOT all structural companies. Atlas is the real deal when it comes to structural issues that lead to water penetration into the home. If you're getting water from the walls, make sure you have a professional structural inspector or contractor take a look first. Obviously the home inspector didn't catch anything out of the ordinary prior to our purchase, otherwise we would've never have bought the home. Only through chance did we discover the extent of structural damage to our home."

"Hardrock Inc. Francisco & His Father did an absolute great job. They went the extra mile to check border pavers we had seen in the area as well as even visit the sites which we had seen in adjacent towns to try and match the look we were trying to achieve. They worked through a rain storm during the demolition phase of the project, they didn't damage the work site in any significant manner. My driveway concrete had settle at least 6-8 inches near my garage area and in front of my stoop, Francisco said we can build up that area. In fact the original builder didn't place adequate basing so he had underestimated by 1/2 the material cost, but told me; my error and would only charge 1/2 the extra basing material needed to complete the job. They cleaned up and any small detail, like small part of sod grass was damaged, they replaced with new as well as finished work on the mailbox on a Sunday so we could be good to go before the mail showed up on Monday, because they promised. Best Contractor experience I've had, and I have used and talked to many a contractor in my day. Hardrock Inc. best concrete and asphalt paving company I have dealt with plus they gave the best price out of a dozen contractors, as well as the whole crew were polite and courteous and professional, easy to work with and very humble, why can't all contractor experiences be like this, they even refused when I tried to give them a tip because I was so pleased with the finished project, they vehemently protested, but I insisted that they treat the whole crew they said okay, only because it's for their crew!!!! Hardrock Inc., they are the model of a great contractor and business in their industry, better hire them asap if you need paving needs, these guys are going to be really busy!!!!!"

"it went very well, technician call 30 minutes before their arrival, once they arrived they introduced themselves and got right to work. The inspection went well and the technician made sure to show me what they were seeing. After the inspection there was some work that needed to be done and was suggested. After seeing photographs and discussing with the technician, I choose to have some of the proposed work done. There was no pressure or hard sales pitch, just practical safety and maintenance issues. The work was able to be accomplished during the visit, and in addition an additional discount was provided. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional and did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. I will have them back to do a more thorough masonry inspection in the spring when there is not snow on the roof."

"A few days before the drain tile install a mason came and bricked in the window of the window well.  On the day of the install three men worked at our house.  One man spoke english, the others not so much.  The men removed a basement window to carry out the broken pieces of concrete.  They shut the door to the room in which the drain tile was installed to keep down the dust.  We had to remove tile prior to the install.  The men were able to drill within the space provided.  The install went smoothly.  The village inspector came during the install to approve the work and at the end to check to concrete.  We were approved.  We got the drain field extension out into our front year. We were told that the cover would be able to mowed over but now their are small rocks around the pop up cover.  Not a big deal but different than we expected.  Anything to keep water out of our basement.
US Waterproofing was a great company to work with.  We made the estimate appointment on line from their website. Chris came out to do the estimate. Seemed to know his stuff.  He was very responsive to our emails.  Nick was the project manager who came out before the install.  He too was very quick to respond to questions.  I would have liked him to stop in on the day of the install to check on things.  The men who did the install worked hard.  I wish we were told ahead of time that they needed to take out the basement window but it worked out.  The final village inspection found that the men had not sealed the exterior pipe to the house.  They returned within a few days to fix that oversite.    Overall we are pleased with the work of US Waterproofing.  I would recommend them to others.
