I had a new cap, the top six courses of brick replaced, and the rest tuck-pointed on my fireplace chimney. The chimney looks new, the worksite looks as though they were never here. Hardworking, respectable guys who would always take time to answer questions. Beautiful work at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

They worked hard and completed the project on-time. Good customer relations and kept me informed as to their progress and when there were weather delays what to expect next. I recommend them for other projects.

I am so glad I had them do the work. When the job was first reviewed, the chimney was the first to be pointed out. I knew it didn't look great but never realized how bad it really was. I also showed him the front of the house and was told that would not be a problem at all. Any question I asked was answered and explained. They definitely knew what they were doing. I could also tell they were perfectionists about their work by the way they handled it. They also fixed another side of the house after I asked if they would be able to add that. It was no problem. They worked very hard during the horrible heat wave we are having. I definitely highly recommend them!!

They tuck pointed the front brickwork quickly and with a high quality job. The contract was signed, they had the building permit given and had the work completed within a few days. The job was done in Oct of 2013 and now in Jun of 2018 it still looks great and as if it was just done.

They took down old chimney and built a new one in two days . The workers were very considerate of my landscaping and made a special effort to keep brick dust away from the house. Everything was very neat and organized... no mess or debris .

I was kept informed about my project from the initial estimate through completion. My project was work on consistently and finished quicker than anticipated.

Nasario form Terrance Masonry provided a detailed proposal. I had my home tuck pointed. They were prompt and completed the job when they indicated that they would. I would recommend taht they accept credit cards which they currently do not. I would highly recommend them for this type of work.

I had 2 companies rebuild my chimney, they lasted a few years each. I had low bids from both companies, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR I knew finally pay a bit more, and get quality work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I recommend TERRACE MASONERY,, they stand behind their work PRICES REASONABIL

The stone ledge around the perimeter of our house was completely falling apart and starting to affect the bricks below it. The statement, "you get what you pay for", applies in this companies work. Nasario told me up front his bid would not be the lowest bid but that it would be done right and last a lifetime. His was not the lowest bid but his confidence in how he would fix it (correctly with no shortcuts) and how it would turn out, as well as how they communicated the repairs to be done got them the bid. Craftsman level work! Will watch it over the freeze thaw cycle this winter..more later

OMG...there are still quality craftsmen out there and Terrance Masonry is one of them. Had two non-functioning fireplaces and a chimney removed and replaced with new. From the initial meeting through the demolition and new construction, the company demonstrated a high skill level, focus to detail, consideration of neighbors and became a member of the family during the process. Interviewed a number of masons before selecting Nasario's company, and am so glad we made the right choice!!! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone with a brick related job.

We were very pleased with the work that Terrace Masonry did on the tuckpointing of the 100+ year old stone on our home. They paid attention to detail, used quality materials and communicated each day on the progress. I felt they went the extra mile. We will use them again if the need arises and will recommend to others.

Our brick flower bed (made from common brick) was damaged in a few different spots from a Comed utility pole replacement job. Terrace Masonry provided lower quote than one other contractor that submitted a bid. The job turned out beautiful and exceeded our expectations. He matched the existing color and cut out the damaged bricks and blended the new ones perfectly. Nesario communicated the job very well and provided very good workmanship.

Nasario was very professional, communicated well and did quality work. We are very happy with our rebuilt chimney.
