"I have lived in my home for over 23 years and have used several different Heating and Air companies thru the years... I needed service in Sept 2018 and had various coupon prices of $39 and $49 for an A/C tune up and was about to chose on of them but decided to check Angie's list for a review or google for the coupon companies. That is when I found American Family HVAC and started to read their reviews.. For some reason, I decided to use this company even tho the cost was a bit more money and boy am I ever happy that I went with my hunch. Sometimes it is NOT always about the money. I was really looking for an A/C furnace company that I could count on and use regularly. Not only was the repair gentleman that came out, on time and very thorough and professional but he spent a long time and I feel that I received the most thorough tune up that I have ever had. Josh, the service tech was just a delight and the best part was that this company has a membership contract that I was able to purchase. It is a small monthly charge monthly and . I get 2 free tune-ups a year included in the monthly fee for NO charge and if I need any service work I get 20% off of the charge and same day service...all for only $12.95 a month. What a wonderful idea and I cannot express how happy I am with this choice. It is a win-win deal for me and the company. I am a very happy camper with my choice of this company."

"This was our first time needing an HVAC service for our house (AC unit issues) and Ish, Nick and Genaro did a fantastic job! I met with Ish first to diagnose the problem. He is super knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions confidently and thoroughly. He was honest in explaining our options for our budget. He gave me estimates for multiple different scenarios I asked for and I never felt pushed into the more expensive option (and I am typically quite a skeptic when it comes to these types of things)! He also really took his time while at my house. I didnâ  t feel like I was rushed or that my questions were a bother to him. We decided to replace our whole unit and him and his team were able to come back just three days later! The install was smooth, they cleaned up all the work areas really well, and the whole team is very personable (and dog friendly, which I appreciate)! Overall, our experience was the best case scenario, and we will be using Ish and his team for all our future AC/Furnace maintenance!"

"Francisco and his team (Ralph) did absolutely great work. If you are reading this review, book them. Your search for an HVAC contractor can stop here. I am a new home owner and had a lot of questions about my home. I am an engineer and wanted to understand the exact details of the repair.. They took the time to answer all of my questions, I had a few HVAC contractors estimate the work and they were the only ones that did not try to upsell. They explained the work to be done before and during the job. Afterwards they gave recommendations about future work that I plan to do. I would absolutely do business with them again and you should too. Note: I have no relation to them at all. I did not know the two of them before this job. I would absolutely do business with them again should their services be needed. It was a pleasure learning from them and they did quality work repairing the original issue they were contracted for. Additionally, they went above and beyond the contract to fix several other issues that occurred / were found during the job. This is the team you want to hire for your HVAC needs.
