"I worked with Austin Werner at Real Seal to get some basement sump pump work done. He came out initially and gave me a quote and different options for my basement sump pump. He was very knowledgeable and gave pros and cons of different options. The quote was priced very fairly. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly. On the day off, the Real Seal technician called me the morning to let me know what time they would be here. The job was done very professionally and they answered all my questions. "Alfonzo arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. Him and I looked at the work I wanted completed together. He gave me two options. A more in detailed option and a less detailed option. Both prices were within the quoted amount. We went with the more detailed approach because of where we wanted our garage heater placed. Alfonzo was here for three hours. He had a lot of cuts to do to make this work. The outcome is awesome. Looks great in the garage and in my basement. He even took off his shoes every time he came in my home and carried them to the basement to finish his work. I would highly recommend!!!"
