Koalified were above and beyond GREAT!!! Be sure not to mix reviews with Koalified and Koalifi! I’ve been using Koalified since early 2022 and will NOT STOP. THEY AEE VERY HONEST, CARING aABD TRUSTWORHY! The services are fantastic, quality and concerned!!?

I want to cry writing this. Our air has not worked for a month now. They have been out 3 times and the last time we were told it was fixed. It is still not working and they took our money and won’t come back out, saying “It worked when we left”.

"[Member Name Removed], I'm sorry you feel so bad you can cry. we were sent to your home via your home warranty company, and not through Angie's list. We have to diagnose the system and report back to the warranty company for them to decide. we reported back and installed you a brand new furnace 50% off after your warranty company paid for it. there is a process that has to be gone through when you use a warranty company or insurance for that matter. your 30 yr old AC was working after we installed the new furnace, rectifying the initial issue on your 30 year old Maytag furnace. we could and would come back out if you answered your phones or called the number on the card we taped to your front door. sorry for laying down tarps, wearing masks, wearing button up collared company shirts, and cleaning up after the job also, we will work on our professionalism. the hardest part for us as contractors that work with an "insurance" "warranty company is the wait time for the company to give us the go-ahead to repair or replace. THIS IS AN UNFAIR REVIEW.....BUT HEY WE WLIVE AND LEARN."

I could not get a real live person on the phone with about seven other companies. I found Koalified using Angie's list. I like the fact that they are veteran owned and operated so I gave them a call. Corey was at my house that evening and gave me an estimate. A couple days later I now have an air conditioned home... And all for only $3400. Highly recommend!

Our furnace recently stopped working. As we have a home warranty company, they chose to send out Koalified Heating to do our repair work. The owner came out immediately and assessed the problem. He also told me that the system was very old (40 years) and that it was time for a new unit soon. He was very thorough in his explanation as to why the unit would need to be replaced. After he left, the house would not reach an appropriate temperature. I texted the company on Friday night and he was back on Saturday morning. By Monday we had an entirely new HVAC system. It was installed for a very reasonable price and the difference in the temperature and distribution of heat around the house is great. There are no more cold spots in the house like there were before. I would highly recommend Koalified Heating for any HVAC work. The owner was honest, professional, and courteous. He patiently and thoroughly explained what was going wrong with our system and what would be required to fix it. I also appreciated his willingness to explain the limitations of home warranties. It is a rare thing today to find a company that is as honest, prompt, professional and courteous as Koalified was with us.

It was great. They got out a week before, it was nice, they were just under my quotes and they were able to make it quick. The work was done in 3-4 hours and they did an extra work for me.

great , listened to what we wanted , put in ecobee thermostat with remote sensor . our 110 year old 4 square house has never been so easily cooled and evenly cooled . his knowledge of a couple things to correct in duct work was great . our electric bill has been half what it was the last three summers . came back once to check in person and see if we had any guestions after a couple weeks of the system running . actuallylooking forward to our nicor bill this winter , old furnace only 50 percent efficient . would suggest using them any time .. work was done fast and guick and professionally. completed in one day morning .

Went great! Very knowledgeable. Came out last minute and fit us into his schedule. Job was done quickly and with our safety in mind. Will definitely be referring to family, friends or anyone i hear needing a heating and cooling company!
