"I have lived in my home for over 23 years and have used several different Heating and Air companies thru the years... I needed service in Sept 2018 and had various coupon prices of $39 and $49 for an A/C tune up and was about to chose on of them but decided to check Angie's list for a review or google for the coupon companies. For some reason, I decided to use this company even tho the cost was a bit more money and boy am I ever happy that I went with my hunch. Sometimes it is NOT always about the money. I was really looking for an A/C furnace company that I could count on and use regularly. Not only was the repair gentleman that came out, on time and very thorough and professional but he spent a long time and I feel that I received the most thorough tune up that I have ever had. Josh, the service tech was just a delight and the best part was that this company has a membership contract that I was able to purchase. It is a small monthly charge monthly and . I get 2 free tune-ups a year included in the monthly fee for NO charge and if I need any service work I get 20% off of the charge and same day service...all for only $12.95 a month. What a wonderful idea and I cannot express how happy I am with this choice. It is a win-win deal for me and the company. I am a very happy camper with my choice of this company."

"We were having issues with our current furnace and decided to purchase new equipment versus putting repair money into an obsolete one. Due to the unreliability of the old unit, we wanted the new furnace/AC installed before we went on vacation.  They arrived on time, and completed the work in the time frame promised. All the work was done to the highest quality, and exactly as promised. This work was done on a cold day, and with over a foot of snow around the house, including around the old air conditioner. With the cold temps, we were very happy the total job was done in about 6 hours. The equipment is working extremely well. TR Miller took away all the old equipment, and did a good job of explaining the operation of the new furnace, thermostat, humidifier, and air cleaner. I would highly recommend this company for any heating and cooling work.

"This was our first time needing an HVAC service for our house (AC unit issues) and Ish, Nick and Genaro did a fantastic job! I met with Ish first to diagnose the problem. He is super knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions confidently and thoroughly. He was honest in explaining our options for our budget. He gave me estimates for multiple different scenarios I asked for and I never felt pushed into the more expensive option (and I am typically quite a skeptic when it comes to these types of things)! He also really took his time while at my house. I didnâ  t feel like I was rushed or that my questions were a bother to him. We decided to replace our whole unit and him and his team were able to come back just three days later! The install was smooth, they cleaned up all the work areas really well, and the whole team is very personable (and dog friendly, which I appreciate)!
