While the house can't be cleaned "top to bottom" every time, they know what needs to be done on a bi-weekly basis, monthly basis ... and maybe just a few times a year (like moving heavier furniture). I have had 4 different service providers because I had my primary lady, and I got somebody else while she was on maternity leave, and they also came to clean a condo that I rent out.
